How to make healthy banana cacao pancakes


Ingredients: Gluten free oats Organic banana Organic cacao butter Organic vanilla extract Fry light with butter taste Egg Oat milk

Tools: Non-stick pan Spatula Fork Tablespoon Teaspoon Measuring cups Bowl

Mash the banana Measure 1/2 cup oats and 1/3 cup oat milk. Crack the egg Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Add 1 tablespoon cacao butter

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Put the non-stick pan on medium heat and add the fry light

Heat the pancakes on medium heat until golden on both sides.

Stack on a plate and serve with fruit or frozen yoghurt. I used Waitrose love life (low calorie) frozen yoghurt with raspberry and blackcurrant. Enjoy😋

Serving idea #2: serve with raspberries and make icing out of protein powder 1/2-1 scoop + water/almond milk/soy milk + cinnamon/other sweet spice that you like.
