This is a lime. Used for drinks. I like to use mine for gin and tonics. But you have many options for this citrusy fruit.

Cut both ends off

Cut straight down the middle

Cut into lime halfway through the "flesh" running the longways . This will allow slices of lime to pinch your glass.

Cut slices. Any width you like.
