These are all the ingredients you need. You also need a blender.

Put 1/4 cup of butter (half a stick) into a pan. The best pan to use is a Pyrex pie pan. If you don't have one, you could also use a cake pan, or even an oven safe skillet.

Set your oven to 425 and put the pan with the uncooked butter into it while you prepare the rest of the recipe. The butter will melt and brown while the oven preheats, and while you prep. See? Easy!

Crack your 3 eggs into the blender.

Blend the eggs on high for 1 minute. MAKE SURE THE LID IS ON TIGHT ON THE BLENDER. My ceiling and I cannot stress this enough.

Turn off the blender (important, trust me) and add 3/4 cup of milk. You can use whole milk, 2%, skim, whatever. I haven't tried it with soy, almond, or other non-dairy milks. You're on your own there!

With the lid ON blend on high for just a couple seconds.

Add 3/4 cups of flour, 1/4 cup at a time. Add 1/4 cup, blend (with the lid ON) for a few seconds. Turn the blender off. Remove the lid. Add another 1/4 cup flour. Put the lid on. Blend. Repeat.

By now your oven should be 425 and your butter should be nice and brown. Take the pan out of the oven. Tip the pan and swirl the butter so it coats the entire surface of the panstickadge avoidance!

Pour your mixture from the blender into the pan of butter. It will look like this. It looks icky now but just you wait. Pop it into your 425 oven. Set a timer for 20 minutes. You're basically done.

Keep yourself busy by chopping some lemons.

Meanwhile, your pancake will be doing the hard work in the oven. This is what it looks like when it is about halfway done. It gets better.

The pancake should pop out of the pan easily. Squeeze those lemons onto it, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can cut in half to share. Or in wedges to share with more. Or eat it all by yourself.

It is good with mixed berries either on top or on the side.

It is even better if you add a big plate of bacon. (But what isn't?)

When tell your guest it was no trouble at all he/she will think you are a gracious host-albeit a liar. But it really is super easy. (But seriously, I cannot stress this enough, mind the blender lid!)
